The Homestead Package-
Rental duration: Friday 1:00pm - Sunday 2:00pm
Venue Amenities:
- Two bathrooms
- Back patio for food preparation
- One bar equipped with sink, AC, freezer, and two refrigerators (one holds up to 1,000 cans)
- two water troughs
- Six garbage cans and a dumpster trailer (we handle trash removal)
Furniture:
- 55 black foldable chairs
- 9 round wooden tables
-2 high-top tables (each seating 8)
-1 long rectangular table in the party room
- 3 rectangular tables (8 feet long)
Additional services:
-Pick up service to the sunset spot
- Parking attendants
- Venue manager on-site for entire event
The Barnyard Package-

On-site photographer discount: Client will receive a $1,000 photography discount when booking with our on-site photographer. This discount is offered directly by the photographer and deducted from their package pricing. The venue does not collect or distribute this discount.
